1. First of all you have to download a template of your choice. You can download the template of your will with the help of links provided below.
2. Now go to the "Templates" option in your blogger account. And click on Backup and restore option. Click on browse > >> Go to the address where you have been extarcted the downloaded Template. Select the .xml file and open it. And click on upload.
Done you have successfully changed your template.
